You will automatically be billed every 30 days for the amount of the payment plan you enrolled under and you will receive continued access.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Simply cancel your subscription, and your membership will be cancelled and you will receive no further billings. You will have no further access to the Private Club.

BILLING

Your credit card statement will show a charge from Tutten Publications, LLC, the parent company of FlipDiva’s Private Club.

Proprietary Information

That means you may not resell or “giveaway” the information in this Private Club to anyone else, either as an individual product or as part of any package. Violation of this will result in your membership being terminated.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

For any payment plan (month-to-month) you may cancel your membership at any time. However, no refunds will be issued. That means, for example, if you enroll on April 1 but cancel your membership on April 15, you will not receive a refund. Rather, your membership would automatically expire on May 1 and you would receive no further billings.

After your membership has been cancelled, there are no guarantees that you will be allowed re-entry into FlipDiva’s Private Club. Our membership is limited and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

FlipDiva’s Private Club reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time, without prior notice, for any violations of these terms and conditions…or any behavior or actions inside the club, or using the services provided by the club, that we at our sole discretion deem inappropriate.
