We’re all on the lookout for value these days, and I’ve come up with an idea that might be just what fits the bill. I’ve put up a new page called $7 Dollar Downloads, and I’ll be putting up some pdf’s that I think you’ll find worth far more than $7.
The first two items I’ve put on the page are pdf’s that are available for immediate download – Website Flopping and Membership Site Flopping! So if you didn’t join the membership, now you can download the pdf’s and read them at your leisure. You’ll also be able to review them over and over any time you’d like, because you’ll have them on your own hard drive.
I hope that you enjoy this new service!

I suppose that you’ve noticed all the changes that have been going on in your sites’ earnings, and it hasn’t all been good. But it hasn’t all been bad, either.
Yes, it’s true that Google made some changes and now they’re serving IBA – interest based ads. But did you know that you can override that? And it’s simple to do too! Just log into your adsense account, click on the My Account tab, and scroll down to the Interest Based Ads preferences. Edit that to say “Do not show ads based on user interest categories” – and your ads will be back to normal.
Once I did that, I noticed that my earnings popped back up where they belonged, and it’s no wonder. If yesterday I was shopping for shoes online, but today I was looking for a coffee maker, I wouldn’t be interested in all the ads that kept popping up for shoes! Well, I’m always interested in shoes, but you know what I mean

I get so many requests for links to my work, it only makes sense to put up a gallery of some of it. It’s still very much a work in progress, as I have literally hundreds of sites that I’ve designed, but I wanted to get something up so that I could make it super easy for you to take a look at just what I do!
I’ve started grouping blogs by subject matter, and there are a lot of headers for you to look at. I’ll be putting up more over the next few days – so keep your eye out!

I’ve been busy this weekend sorting through the hundreds of blogsites that I’ve built for my clients, so that I can showcase some of them in a portfolio. I had no idea just how many blogs I’d designed, and how many happy clients I’ve had – so a HUGE thanks to all of you!
I have so many clients who come back to me over and over – I have one client that I’ve designed over 30 blogs for! I want all of you to know that I always try to work really hard to come up with designs that you love, and configure everything exactly to your specifications.
Some of you know me from my WSO’s, some of you have found me other places, as I’m on quite a few different forums. No matter how you found me, I just wanted to say thanks – I’m glad that you’re here!

When I’m sitting in my office (at home) this is what I see when I look out the window – which is often! I mean really, can you blame me for staring out over the mountains for some inspiration?
When I say I love my clients and start out with this gorgeous view, it’s because of my clients that I’m here, and not stuck in a cubicle someplace working for someone else. You’ve enabled to me to work full time in IM, and helping you has helped me.
Learning how to make money online really isn’t that difficult, it just takes attitude and determination. You have to want it more than you want to seek security in a job, which as we all know just isn’t there anymore. Working for a company in most cases is nothing more than a temporary solution to a permanent problem – bringing in money to pay the bills, take some time off, and have a few luxuries in life.

Happy Memorial Day weekend everyone! I’m trying to take some time off myself, but even when I’m working I have an absolutely gorgeous office – in my home, overlooking the mountains. And you might notice, it comes complete with a cat – actually there are three of them who love to run around overhead on the ledges.
I’ll post a few more pics in the coming days, but as you can see hubby and I really do work side by side; what you see here is half the office. The other half has nice comfy furniture in it that I can sit in with my laptop and and enjoy the mountain breezes, and the ever changing vistas that the mountains present. You wouldn’t think that they’d change, but they do.
At 3500′ where I live, the mountain tops can peek out over the clouds, and the sun lights up the mountain peaks while down in the valley it’s raining. The mountain directly across from me is 6,000′ – and it’s just amazing to watch. True, I get distracted from time to time, but I never had it this great when I worked in an office. There I had a cubicle, with no view to the outside all day long – what a drag it was.

I know that there have been some big changes over at a certain huge forum, and a lot of people aren’t in love with the changes. “Nuff said about that.
Recently there have been several new forums springing up, and I believe I’ve found my new home! Market Crush is the new place for me to hang, and if you go over there you’ll probably see some of the best marketers in the business making it their home, too.
I’m very impressed with the quality of the people who have signed up over there; Don and Jeremy started it, and you’ll find Lisa Gergets, Tina, Chris Ramsey, Allen Graves, Ken Leatherman, and way too many other of my favorite people to mention, or I’d just be name dropping all day!

Today is going to be a bit of a rant for me, so don’t read this if you take offense easily. I just have to say it!
If you’re new to internet marketing, then the first niche that pops into your head is – guess what – internet marketing to newbies! It happens over and over. Now if you’re brand shiny new at IM, why do you think that you’re going to make a lot of money marketing to other newbies? News flash – you won’t. The competition is fierce, and it’s very difficult.
So make it easy on yourself – choose a “real” niche. What do I mean by real? Anything – what are your hobbies? Do you like making baskets out of pine needles? Well, there you go – that’s a niche! Do you like raising fruit trees so that by summer’s end you can bite into a fresh apple from your backyard? How about fruit tree propagation – that’s a niche!

So often I hear from my readers that they’ve been lurking on my site, trying to decide what action they should take. Before I can answer, I always ask a few questions.
Have you been running in circles, looking, trying to gain knowledge, but never asking questions? If you cling to the edge of the wheel you can get dizzy! You should move toward the center of the cyclone and relax, and then the answers will come to you.
When we are faced with a very difficult situation we have a choice: we can either be resentful, and try to find somebody or something to blame for the hardships, or we can face the challenge and grow.
